Step 1: Locate the USB Connector
Find the USB connector that is plugged into your computer. This is usually a small rectangular plug inserted into one of the USB ports on your computer. These ports are often found on the sides of laptops or on the front or back of desktop towers.  To find the plug, simply follow the wire from the headset to where it plugs into the computer.

Step 2: Unplug the USB Connector
Gently pull the USB connector out of the port. It’s important to pull it straight out to avoid damaging the port or the plug.

Step 3: Wait for 10 Seconds
After unplugging the connector, wait for about 10 seconds. This pause allows the computer to fully recognize that the device has been disconnected.

Step 4: Replug the USB Connector
Insert the USB connector back into the USB port. Make sure it is inserted firmly and completely into the port. It should slide in easily and fit snugly.

Step 5: Check the Headset
Put on your headset and check if it is working. You can do this by playing some audio on your computer or checking the sound settings to see if the headset is selected as the audio output device.
