Modem Reboots

Modem reboots are done when there is a perceived Network issue.

These are some hints that the network may be having issues:

• Web pages load slowly
• Scripter keeps giving connection errors

Note:  There is no maintenance that needs to be done to the modems.  Generally, the ISP takes care of that.  We want to reboot it when we see there is an issue.  If someone has to reboot their modem often, then it is a sign there is something else wrong.
