Step 1:  Find the Phone Icon

This is located in the lower right-hand corner of the screen (by the clock) in the system tray.



Step 2:  Open the Provision Screen

Right click the icon to bring up the softphone’s menu, then click Dial Pad.

 


Step 3:  Dial Your Phone Number

You can call your cellphone or landline to confirm you have audio. If you hear the other line ringing, everything is working normally.



Step 4: No Audio

In the event there is no audio, you can follow the steps listed on the No Audio page.
