Getting Connected

Step 1:  Open WFHConnect

The program should start automatically when the computer turns on, but if you need to start it manually, double click the program icon on the desktop.



Step 2:  Click the "Connect / Login" Button

To start your shift, just click the "Connect / Login" button.



Step 3:  Wait For Scripter to Open

The application will connect the VPN, start your phone and open your web browser. Nothing needs to be done while this is happening, just wait for Scripter to open. This should take less than 20 seconds. You can see the status of the connection by the picture of the lock. Once it is connected, the lock turns green (it shows red when you are disconnected.)



Step 3:  Manage the Connection

This will manage the VPN connection, softphone and web browser.



Reconnect - If you are having tech issues and need to reconnect

Disconnect - Close the browser, phone and disconnect the VPN

Restart Browser - If you lose a web page, click this to load the default pages again


PLEASE NOTE:  The WFHConnect application doesn't need to stay running on your screen. Once you are connected, feel free to close it, everything will stay connected. If you need it again, just return to Step 1.

Resources

The resources menu are sites you can reach without connecting (the "Connect / Login" button doesn't need to be pressed).

Email - Your work Gmail

Training - Rise Training Platform

Payroll - Vista Payroll Platform

Wiki - This website

Manage

The manage menu will help you control the computer.



Reboot - This will turn the computer off and turn it back on in the event there are technical issues.

Power Off - This shuts down the computer completely at the end of the shift
